FAQ
Questions before your first visit.
Who qualifies for the new client specials?
Anyone visiting Ambiance for the first time. You can book one facial special and one laser special. Specials can't be combined with other offers.
Can I get a facial and laser on the same day?
Yes, as long as your laser area isn't on your face or neck. If you're getting laser on your face or neck (like lip, chin, neck or half face), schedule your facial and laser at least 1 week apart so your skin has time to recover.
What should I expect after my facial?
No downtime. Your skin might purge, with a few breakouts as clogs already under your skin come to the surface. It's temporary and a sign your skin is clearing out, so don't freak out. We'll also go over your home routine, since what you use at home is just as important as your facial.
Is the consultation really free?
Yes. Your consultation is complimentary, and there's no pressure to book a treatment on the spot.
Do I need a deposit to book?
Every treatment requires a $25 non-refundable deposit to hold your spot. Free consultations don't need a deposit.
What is your cancellation policy?
Please cancel at least 24 hours ahead. When you do, your $25 deposit stays on your account as a gift card, valid for 1 year. Use it when you reschedule or toward products or any service. No-shows and cancellations within 24 hours forfeit the deposit.
Does laser hair removal hurt?
Most clients feel a quick snap, like a rubber band. Built-in cooling keeps each session comfortable.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes. For laser, choose pay-as-you-go or one of our in-house payment plans. Ask us for details.
