Results build session by session.
The laser sends light into the pigment in each hair. That light turns to heat and disables the follicle, so hair grows back finer and sparser after every session. Hair grows in cycles, so results build over a series of sessions.

Same day? Yes, unless your laser area is on your face or neck (lip, chin, neck or half face). Then book your facial and laser at least 1 week apart.
Prep + aftercare
Before + after your session.
Before your session
- Shave the area 24 hours before.
- Don't wax, pluck or thread for 4 weeks before. The laser needs the root in place.
- Avoid tanning and self-tanner on the area for 2 weeks.
After your session
- Redness or small bumps can last a few hours.
- Skip hot workouts, hot tubs and sun on the area for 24 to 48 hours.
- Wear SPF on treated areas.

Yes. Our GentleMax Pro has two wavelengths, so we can safely treat almost every skin tone.
Can you treat blonde, gray or red hair?
Those hair colors usually don't respond to laser. Electrolysis works on any hair color, and we offer it here.
Can I get a facial and laser on the same day?
Yes, as long as your laser area isn't on your face or neck. For face or neck laser (like lip, chin, neck or half face), schedule your facial and laser at least 1 week apart so your skin can recover.
Do I need a deposit?
Yes. A $25 non-refundable deposit holds your spot. Cancel at least 24 hours ahead and it stays on your account as a gift card, valid for 1 year, to use when you reschedule or toward products. No-shows and late cancellations forfeit the deposit.
